We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Tracking details will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping within Canada
We ship using Canada Post. You will get to choose Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority shipping.

Fast Local Delivery
We offer same day local tracked courier delivery within the GTA. To qualify for same day delivery you must order before 11am, Monday-Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be sent next business day.
Prices for local delivery will show up as an option at checkout, if your delivery address falls within our courier's delivery zone, shown below.

We do not offer same day delivery on Statutory or Public Holidays.
Shipping to USA and International
All shipments are sent via Canada Post and shipping prices are quoted at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees (duties, customs, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Items:
Although extremely rare, in the occasional that your order becomes lost or damaged, contact our email info@ecotique.com immediately so we can provide you with all the documentation you and the shipper may need to locate your package or access the insurance coverage.
