SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS
Please Read Before Ordering
We are offer world wide shipping via Canada Post. We are work to get your orders packed up and to Canada Post within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
As with any shipping service, unforeseen issues may arise delaying the delivery of your shipment. We appreciate your patience should we encounter any unforeseen delays.
FREE STOREFRONT PICK-UPS - HOW IT WORKS:
Available ONLY during store hours. We are open daily from 10:30-6. These hours may be affected by Stat and Provincial holidays.
Make your purchase online. Once you receive an email or text notification that your items are ready and available for pick-up, please come to our storefront at 191 Roncesvalles Ave. during store hours. With your order number handy, you may either enter the shop and ask to claim your Local Pickup purchases or if you prefer to remain outside; call us to let us know you have arrived (416) 516-2234. We will then bring your order outside our door for you to pick-up.
If these pick-up hours do not work for you, we will not make any exceptions. Instead please choose Canada Post shipping or local currier delivery and we will ship to or drop off at your door!
Local Courier Delivery:
We offer same day local delivery for all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Saturday. Orders placed after noon or on Sundays will be delivered the next business day. Our courier delivers approximately 60km from our retail location at 191 Roncesvalles Ave. To see if your address is within our delivery zone, simply add your items to your cart, fill in your delivery details and if you fall within the delivery zone, a Local Courier rate will appear as a delivery option. It's that easy!
HOW WE HANDLE SHIPPING IN AN 'ECO-FRIENDLIER' WAY:
At Ecotique, we have a strict earth-friendlier shipping policy. Wherever possible, we ship everything 100% plastic free in an up-cycled or 100% re-used post-consumer box with paper wrapping and paper tape. We pad our envelopes and boxes with recycled or reused paper whenever possible. When we use bubble wrap - if necessary for shipping breakable objects - it was repurposed from suppliers who sent it to us. Most of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable or reusable.
We hope you reuse or recycle all shipping materials you receive from us!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
Please note, North American orders will arrive in approximately 4-10 business days from the day we ship your products. We are a small store and due to the time constraints of running a brick and mortar business we only ship all orders 2-3 times a week. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
DO WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes!
FOR OUT OF CANADA SHIPPING:
We are not responsible for any duties that occur during the shipping process.
For international orders of a high value, we recommend purchasing a shipping method that offers package insurance, replacement eligibility, and tracking as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN/ REFUND POLICY?
We do not issue refunds because we are a small business and we ultimately want to cut down on shipping pollution. If you would like to exchange your purchase to receive store credit, please contact us within 7 days to discuss an exchange at ecotiquetoronto@gmail.com and we will address any issues on a case-by-case basis. All exchanges must have proof of purchase and any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers may exchange undamaged, unworn products in person in store within 15 days of receiving them with proof of purchase. All Sales are FINAL on sale items, earrings, skincare products, masks and underwear.
