Refund policy
We do not accept returns for refunds. This is because we are a small sustainability focused business with the goal of ultimately cutting down on shipping pollution and brick and mortar costs. If you received your order by mail and would like to exchange your purchase to receive store credit, please contact us within 7 days to discuss an exchange at ecotiqueinfo@gmail.com and we will address any issues on a case-by-case basis. All exchanges must have proof of purchase and any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Local customers may come into the store within 15 days of receiving their package to exchange undamaged, unused purchases.
All Sales are FINAL on sale items, earrings, skincare products, masks and underwear.
Holiday Return Policy
We will happily take back any regular priced, unworn items with all original tags still attached, purchased between November 20th-December 24th, up until January 14th, in exchange for store credit.
